  • JSK property expands its presence at the ancient city of Xuyi, China.

    2020 proves to be another exciting and bold year for JSK Property in China. In the ancient city of Xuyi of Jiangsu Province near Nanjing City, JSK has decided to further invest and expand its presence in China.

    JSK's 2nd foray in China consist of 1238 units in 15 apartment blocks and is christen as "Purple Bamboo Court". Designed with a blend of historical architecture with a dash of natural surrounding and modern sophistication, the project is destined to be another award winning development and another proud milestone for JSK property development.

    Construction began on 18th May 2020 and the project is expected to complete by 2024.

    JSK's Purple Bamboo Court is another testament to JSK's solid business foundation and corporate fundamentals in delivering on projects with high demand and smart investment profile.
